We recently purchased a home and needed to replace carpet in all of the bedrooms. We stopped in this store and were greeted by Sherry Kimball who took the time to explain their approach and work with us on timing and our specific needs!

We purchased the carpet and the team of installers removed all of the old carpet and installed all of the new in one day. They were great and made sure we were satisfied before leaving left the home totally clean.

Service was excellent. Flooring material was backordered twice. Sherry Kimball (manager) facilitated receiving material as soon as possible and kept me informed throughout the process. She went above and beyond to expedite the material to meet my moving schedule.
